What are your textiles made of?+
Mostly long-staple cotton, French linen, cotton-linen blends and combed terry. Exact composition is labeled on every product, and nothing is bleached with formaldehyde-based agents.
How do I choose the right size?+

Do you sell baby or infant products?+
No. Our products are home textiles for general adult/household use and are not intended or sold for infants or babies.

Where do you ship?+
Worldwide, from the United States. All prices are in USD.
How much is shipping?+
Free over $100, flat $7 under that. Rates show at checkout before payment.
Will I pay customs or duties?+
International orders may incur import duties/taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?+

Returns & Payments
Can I return opened bedding?+
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate bedding can't be returned. Unopened items are returnable within 14 days. Full details on our Returns page.
What if my item is defective?+
Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll replace it free or refund you in full — even if it's been opened.
Which payments do you accept?+
Major cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Charges appear as DZEETEX HOME. Checkout is secure and we never store full card details.
Care
How should I wash my textiles?+
Generally wash cold and tumble dry low; skip bleach and fabric softener. Always follow the care label on each item.
