We want you to love your Dzeetex textiles. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
14-day returns on unopened items
You may return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in resalable condition with all tags attached.
Hygiene exclusion — opened intimate bedding
For hygiene and health-safety reasons, opened or used intimate bedding — including sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pillows, towels and bathrobes — cannot be returned or refunded once the sealed packaging has been removed. This protects the health of all our customers. Please choose sizes and colors carefully; our Sleep Guide can help.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — even for opened items. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
How to start a return
- Email support@dzeetex.shop with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Refund timing & method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Non-returnable items
- Opened intimate bedding (see hygiene exclusion above)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Final-sale or clearance items (marked at purchase)
