Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders over $100 (USD)
• Flat $7 shipping on orders under $100
• Rates are shown at checkout before payment

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Estimates are after processing and exclude any customs delays. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@dzeetex.shop.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
