The Sleep Guide

Better rest, made simple.

Good sleep is built from small, honest choices — the right fabric, the right fit, a calm room. These short guides cover the essentials, with no jargon.

01

Understanding thread count

Thread count measures threads woven into a square inch. Higher isn't always better — past ~600, extra threads can make fabric heavy and less breathable. Our 600 thread-count cotton-linen hits the sweet spot: smooth, durable and cool to sleep in.

02

Cotton, linen, or a blend?

Pure cotton is crisp and easy to care for. Linen is breathable and gets softer with age, with a relaxed, lived-in look. Our cotton-linen blend gives you both — the softness of cotton and the temperature regulation of linen.

03

Choosing the right size

A Queen flat sheet suits mattresses up to 60" wide; a King fits up to 76". Our fitted sheets have deep pockets for mattresses up to 16" tall, so they stay put even on pillow-top beds. When in doubt, size up.

04

Caring for your textiles

Wash cotton-linen cold and tumble dry low to keep fibers soft and prevent shrinkage. Skip the bleach and fabric softener — they break down natural fibers over time. A cool iron or a quick shake out of the dryer keeps linen relaxed, not rumpled.

05

Building a calm bedroom

Layer tones from the same earthy family — oatmeal, clay and sage — and mix textures (smooth sheets, a chunky throw, a waffle robe). Blackout curtains and a consistent wind-down routine do more for sleep than any single product.
