1. Who we are

This store is operated by D-ZEE TEXTILES LLC, 4627 L B McLeod Rd, Orlando, FL 32811, USA (EIN 65-1137039).

2. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may correct errors and update prices at any time. Color may vary slightly between screens and the physical product.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we send an order or shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Charges appear on your statement as DZEETEX HOME.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Note in particular that, for hygiene reasons, opened intimate bedding is non-returnable.

6. Intellectual property

All product designs, patterns, text, images and the Dzeetex name are original works owned by D-ZEE TEXTILES LLC. They may not be copied or reused without permission. Our products are original Dzeetex designs; we do not replicate or imitate the trademarks, patterns or trade dress of other brands.

7. Product safety & allergens

Our textiles are not bleached with formaldehyde-based agents, and material composition is labeled on every product. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test the fabric against your skin before extended use. Our products are home textiles for general consumer use and are not intended for infants or babies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-ZEE TEXTILES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
